My Renovation Plans for My Neglected House

Sometimes I would like to have my house demolished as it looks terrible. I think I must have the worst house in the best street. This is solely due to neglect and not having the available funds to undertake renovations. If I come into some money I have many plans for this house - I'd need to buy in all kinds of materials to improve this house - from velcro tape to wooden floorboards. I would like to have the brick work redone and a paint as it looks rather old. Having an attic would be great as it allow me to view the sea and the city skyscrapers. As for the garage I would like to have an underground garage that is situated under the house which has remote control doors. It would have the room for at least four cars and have an elevator which would take me to the house. I would have an elaborate fence around the house to deter any theft or damage. I hope I do come into some money. It would make a world of difference.
