When it comes to social gatherings and events, there is one item that should always be included in the list of needed party apparel and that is the bottle of wineor in some casesbottles of wine. This is because a good dose of alcohol removes the social barriers between the people present which usually inhibits them from having fun and talking to other people.
Unfortunately, for wine to be consumed at its best, it must be served at the perfect temperature. It should be chilled so as not be too warm yet just right so as not to be too cold. This perfect temperature is usually achieved by placing the bottle of wine in an ice bath or adding ice to the drink itself. However, the former takes too long while the latter dilutes and destroys the taste of the wine.
